Inspections will be scheduled promptly. We will call you if any problems occur during scheduling.

Our fee for inspection is $70.00 for a single family home including one garage or $60.00 for a townhouse or condo including one garage. If additional structures are inspected an additional fee may be applied.

The prices listed above apply to any properties inspected in Harford, Baltimore, or Cecil counties.

Please add $10.00 for any inspections completed in Pennsylvania.

We will contact you before performing any inspection if prices are different then those quoted above.

Inspection fee is due at time of inspection. If party that is to pay is not present for inspection, fee must be paid at property settlement, or within 60 days after inspection, whichever occurs first. Person ordering inspection is responsible to see that fees are paid.
